Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying distinct parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
